Stores officer
- Check opening stock as per reports on a daily basis specially running items
- Verify all the incoming materials according to SOPs
- Prepare bills/Good receipt PO of incoming materials and submit to supervisor
- Verify all the last activity in and out and rectify the error if any
- Ensure the implementation of inventory management system
- Strong coordination with team user department
- Analysis the aging of stock and communicate to management about obsolete stock
- Maintain receipt, records ,and withdraw of stock room
- Receive unload. shelve suppliers
- Perform other stock related duties including returning packaging ,pricing, and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage, or discrepancies ,report those to the accounting for reimbursement and record keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal surplus
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock level and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate general stock issuance, movement of equipment, and necessary minor repair
- Keep the store fully stocked
- Maintain highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions
- Ensure to submit monthly performance report by 05th of every month
- Any other task or duties assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualification
-Must have a full grade 12 certificate
-Must have a certificate or Diploma in stores management or purchasing and supply
-Must have good communication skills and problem solving skills
-Must be computer literate.
