Mansa Sugar Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and hardworking individuals to fill the following Seasonal and Short-term positions for the 2026 Harvest season.


SUPERVISOR (01)


Minimum Qualification: Degree in Agriculture Eng

Experience Required: 2 Years 


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily field operations, workforce management, reporting, and compliance.


TEAM LEADER (03)


Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Agriculture Eng or B. Sc Agriculture 

Experience Required: 2 Years 


Key Responsibilities:

Lead field teams, monitor productivity, ensure quality and safety standards.

Perform assigned duties in line with departmental operational requirements.


DATA CLERK (02) 


Minimum Qualification: Certificate/Diploma in Computer

Experience Required: 3 Years 


Key Responsibilities:

Accurate data capture, record keeping, reporting, and administrative support


PLANTING SUPERVISOR (01)


Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Agriculture Engineering  

Experience Required: 4 Years 

Key Responsibilities:
