1. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Department: Executive Management
Reports to: Board of Directors
Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the organization, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a seasoned leader with strong experience in energy, petroleum, or related industries, capable of navigating complex market dynamics, regulatory environments, and large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with market trends, crude price movements, and global energy demand
Drive diversification into new energy streams such as LNG, petrochemicals, renewables, and specialty products
Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and major capital projects
Establish strong corporate governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Operational Excellence
Oversee core operations including exploration, drilling, refinery operations, supply chain, logistics, HSE, and marketing
Establish and monitor operational KPIs to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost control
Ensure availability of resources, technology, and infrastructure to meet operational targets
Promote best practices in asset reliability, plant optimization, and operational sustainability
Financial Performance & Budgeting
Drive profitability and sustainable financial growth
Approve annual budgets, CAPEX plans, and enforce financial discipline
Work closely with the CFO to strengthen financial reporting, cash flow management, and investor confidence
Manage financial risks related to crude pricing, foreign exchange exposure, and market volatility
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Champion a strong safety-first culture across all operations
Ensure compliance with national and international health, safety, and environmental regulations
Oversee emergency response planning, disaster management, and loss prevention programs
Regulatory & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with government authorities, regulators, industry bodies, and community stakeholders
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements relating to licenses, refinery operations, and environmental standards
Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and public engagements
Leadership & People Management
Build and lead a high-performing executive and management team
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and pursue new domestic and international market opportunities
Strengthen relationships with global suppliers, traders, refineries, and distributors
Oversee branding, product portfolio expansion, and distribution strategy
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership or CEO-level role
Strong experience in energy, petroleum, mining, or related heavy industrial sectors
Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership
Strong understanding of regulatory, HSE, and governance frameworks
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills
2. DIGITAL ANALYST
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing
Reports to: Business Head / CEO
Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing digital data, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights that improve digital marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze website, social media, and digital campaign performance using analytics tools
Track, measure, and report on KPIs and digital performance metrics
Provide actionable insights to improve user experience and conversion rates
Develop dashboards and performance reports for management and stakeholders
Monitor digital trends, customer behavior, and market performance
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and content teams to optimize digital strategies
Conduct A/B testing and evaluate campaign effectiveness
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, IT, or related field
Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel, and analytics tools
Experience with SEO, PPC, social media analytics, and digital marketing platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Understanding of CRM systems and customer journey analytics
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
3. INVESTMENT ANALYST
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing
Reports to: Business Head / CEO
Job Summary
Responsible for evaluating investments, conducting financial analysis, and supporting strategic decisions to optimize returns and manage financial risk.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial statements, business models, and investment proposals
Conduct market, industry, and economic research
Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses
Monitor and report on the performance of existing investment portfolios
Support due diligence for investments, mergers, and acquisitions
Prepare investment memos and presentations for management and committees
Track economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market developments
Assist in developing investment strategies aligned with organizational goals
Liaise with internal teams, banks, fund managers, and external advisors
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
ACCA, CPA, or CFA certification is an added advantage
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in investment analysis or finance
Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment appraisal techniques
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
4. HR MANAGER – LOGISTICS (TANKER OPERATIONS)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Department: Transport & Logistics
Reports to: Head Human Resources & Operations Manager
Job Summary
HR Manager will lead all human resource functions within tanker and logistics operations ensuring workforce compliance, safety, performance management, and driver engagement in a demanding operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and labor relations
Enforce HR policies aligned with transport regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements
Oversee driver recruitment, vetting, induction, and continuous assessment
Manage attendance, disciplinary processes, grievances, and misconduct cases
Collaborate with fleet, safety, and operations teams to ensure compliance
Maintain HR documentation, driver records, training logs, and compliance reports
Develop driver retention and engagement strategies
Conduct incident investigations and support safety improvement initiatives
Advise management on workforce planning, HR risks, and talent development
Oversee payroll inputs, HR reporting, and audits
Manage union and driver representative relations
Champion accountability, safety, and operational excellence
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years HR experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations
Full Member of ZIHRM
Proven experience managing tanker drivers or heavy vehicle fleets
Strong knowledge of labor law and transport compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Willingness to travel as required
5. TRAINING MANAGER (FILLING STATIONS)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Department: Retail
Reports to: Retail Head / Managing Director
Job Summary
Responsible for training retail fuel station staff to deliver excellent customer service, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high operational standards across all stations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate training programs for attendants, supervisors, and managers
Deliver customer service, communication, and professional conduct training
Conduct personality development, grooming, and workplace behavior modules
Train staff on conflict resolution and handling difficult customers
Provide emergency and incident response training (fires, spills, robberies)
Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational standards
Conduct refresher trainings and evaluate effectiveness
Review, develop, and update SOPs
Conduct station visits to identify training gaps and provide corrective coaching
Maintain training records, evaluations, and reports
Prepare detailed training and performance reports for management
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Work closely with HR and safety teams to ensure compliance
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Training & Development, HR, or Business Administration
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in training, customer service, or petroleum operations
Strong knowledge of filling station operations and safety procedures
Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Willingness to travel frequently
Ability to work independently and under pressure
