About the Role: We are a growing engraving and jewelry brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Assistant. You will work approximately 12 days a month (mostly weekends and month-ends) to support our sales and production team during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support
  • Production Prep
  • Shop Maintenance
  • Packaging

Requirements:

  • A "Steady Hand": You will be handling delicate jewelry. Precision is a must.
  • Age: 20 - 25 years old.
  • Good Communication: Must be fluent in English and confident talking to customers.
  • Punctuality: We are a small team; we need someone who shows up on time, every time.
  • Attitude: A "can-do" spirit. No task is too small, from mopping a spill to helping close a sale.
  • Grade 12 Certificate required. Those looking for extra income are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have basic computer literacy.
  • Location: Candidates must be based in Woodlands/Chalala or live within a short, reliable commute to the store.
  • Any prior sales experience is an added advantage
