A fast-growing café in Lusaka is looking for passionate, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team in the following named positions.


Minimum Experience Requirements


▪️Barista: Minimum 2 years experience in a café or restaurant environment

▪️Waiter / Waitress: Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service

▪️Cashier: Minimum 2 years experience handling cash and POS systems

▪️Cleaner: Minimum 1 year experience in cleaning services or a similar role


General Requirements


▪️Must be reliable, honest, and hardworking

▪️Good communication and customer service skills

▪️Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

▪️Must be able to work flexible hours


Working Hours 


This role requires early morning starts and late closing hours, including weekends and some public holidays. Applicants must be comfortable working rotational shifts.
