    Our client in Livingstone, is looking for a Guest Services & Reservations Supervisor  to join their team for a job vacancy within the Hospitality  industry.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle bookings and reservations efficiently
    • Oversee two other reservationists and coordinate marketing activities
    • Work independently with minimal supervision
    • Maintain excellent guest communication and service standards

    Requirements:
    • Experience with Sampa System P1
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
    • Professional, confident, and well-spoken
