We are inviting suitably qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the position of Loan Officer in our Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential clients for loan products.
- Assess loan applications and evaluate customers’ financial capacity.
- Conduct client visits and verify information provided in loan applications.
- Educate clients on loan products, terms, and repayment conditions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare loan documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Promote the company’s products and services through sales and marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and credit assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
