    Sure Marks Limited is a well-established business providing stationary, computer systems, maintenance, and support services to corporate organizations across Zambia and beyond. We seek a proactive Stores Officer to manage stock, process orders, and maintain shelves.

    DUTIES:

    • Follow standards for issuing/receiving stock
    • Monitor inventory, compile orders based on par levels
    • Maintain organized records & file reports/invoices
    • Check goods received match purchase orders
    • Keep storage areas clean & tidy (hygiene compliance)
    • Conduct inventory audits, work with Purchasing
    • Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues
    • Verify & track inventory, do reports/logs
    • Ensure safe keeping of materials (quality/quantity)
    • Ensure monthly reports are submitted by the 5th of every month
    • Keep the workplace clean at all times
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Full Grade 12 certificate
    • Tertiary academic qualification in Procurement/Business-related course
    • Driver’s License (added advantage)
    • Computer literate
