Role Overview
We are looking for a disciplined, organized, and professional individual to manage our front office and support daily administrative operations. This role requires someone who can handle clients confidently while maintaining strong internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Manage filing systems, documents, and office records
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
- Perform general administrative duties (printing, scanning, data entry)
- Support management with day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
