    Overall Purpose

    To drive SME Business Manager sales within the framework of an agreed sales strategy that delivers return on investment, profitability and customer satisfaction. The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for handling the most important client accounts in the company and build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.

    Professional Registration

    ZIM or related membership

    Minimum Experience

    3 years of related experience preferably in the telecommunications / FMCG industry
