The company is operational in Lusaka, Chipata, Choma, Kapiri, Ndola, Kitwe and Solwezi. The company seeks to recruit the following positions from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:

1.0 POSITION: Sales Engineer (04)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for attending to customers offering technical advice and generating sales
Location:
Lusaka, Choma, Mkushi and Kasama
Reporting to:
Regional Manager / Sales Supervisor (depending on location)
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Agriculture Engineering or better, Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering field from a recognized institution.
- Good customer service skills
- At least 3 years working experience in similar position
- Able to work independently / under minimum supervision
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good composition ability, enthusiasm and hard working. Disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individual who is able to function successfully as an individual or team member.
2.0 POSITION: Sales and Marketing Officer – Heavy-Duty Machines (01)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for attending to customers offering professional advice and generating sales
Location:
Solwezi
Reporting to:
Sales Manager – Heavy Duty
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or related field, Degree will be an added advantage
- Proven record in selling similar products before
- At least 3 years working experience in similar position
- Able to work independently / under minimum supervision
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and hardworking, self-motivated, and task-oriented individual who is able to function successfully and achieve his/her target
3.0 POSITION: Sales and Marketing Officer (01)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for attending to customers offering professional advice, tender processing and generating sales
Location:
Lusaka
Reporting to:
Sales Manager – Projects
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or related field, Degree will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in tender processing (must have requirement)
- At least 3 years working experience in similar position
- Able to work independently / under minimum supervision
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and hardworking, self-motivated, and task-oriented individual who is able to function successfully achieve his/her target
4.0 POSITION: Cashiers (03)
Job Purpose:
Cash collection from customers on behalf of the company
Location:
Lusaka, Mkushi and Kasama
Reporting to:
Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of ZICA technician level certificate or its equivalent
- Minimum of one-year working experience
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently / under minimum supervision
- Traceable referees / guarantees
- Police clearance report
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Accountable, honest and trustworthy individual with no past criminal record
5.0 POSITION: Storekeepers (03)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for attending to customers offering professional advice and generating sales
Location:
Lusaka (02), Mkushi (01), Kasama (01)
Reporting to:
Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Stores Management, Purchasing & Supply. Degree will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years working experience in similar position
- Able to work independently / under minimum supervision
- Clean and traceable references
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Accountable, responsible, trustworthy and hardworking individual capable of working independently
6.0 POSITION: Electricians (02)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for Power Generator installation, servicing, trouble shooting and repair of electrical faults on various machines
Reporting to:
Regional Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma Electrical Engineering field from a recognized institution
- Experience in customer service skills
- Knowledge in solar product installation will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years working experience in similar position
- Able to work independently / under minimum supervision
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: able to work long and awkward hours (can be called at any time for emergencies)
7.0 POSITION: Mechanical Technicians (02)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for assembling, servicing, trouble shooting and repairing of various machines
Reporting to:
After Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of Craft Certificate in Mechanical from a recognized institution
- Experience in Heavy Duty Machinery Repairing will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years working experience in similar position
- Able to work independently / under minimum supervision
