Calm Mountain Real Estate Limited, a dynamic and growing group of companies operating in the real estate, construction, and transport sectors, is seeking to recruit two (2) highly competent and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Ndola.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Marketing and selling company properties and services
- Conducting client viewings and presentations
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets
- Preparing regular sales and activity reports
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related business courses
- Valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
