Exponent Bizolution is seeking enthusiastic Outbound Call Centre Agents to represent our brand and engage with customers across Zambia. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, proactively reaching out to inform customers about our exciting products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Product Promotion: Present and explain the benefits of our products and services to generate interest and drive sales.
- Information Management: Answer customer questions accurately, providing clarity and building confidence in our offerings.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure a world-class experience.
- Data Collection: Update customer records and gather relevant feedback during calls.
Requirements
- Age: 18 – 25 years old.
- Location: Must be based in or around Lusaka.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Attitude: Positive, energetic, and resilient with a passion for helping people.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate a CRM system.
