1. Sales and Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Lusaka
Reports To: Group Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver sales and soft skills training programs for new and existing staff.
  • Conduct training on product knowledge, customer service, communication, and complaint handling.
  • Develop engaging learning materials including presentations, manuals, and role-play scenarios.
  • Perform skills gap analyses, facilitate workshops, and provide on-the-job coaching.
  • Monitor sales performance and evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to align training with revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Manage and promote e-learning platforms (TalentSoft/E-Campus) and support staff participation.
  • Prepare training reports, track training hours, and monitor training plans.
  • Source and coordinate external training providers and training programs across departments.
  • Oversee training assessment, ROI measurement, and manage annual training plans and budgets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; postgraduate or training certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, including sales training/coaching.
  • Proven experience as a sales or soft skills trainer.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques such as consultative selling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience in B2B and technical product training is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and coaching ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

2. Fleet Vehicle Manager

Location: Lusaka
Reports To: Human Resource, ANZEN and Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company fleet across all branches, ensuring accurate records and optimal utilization.
  • Oversee vehicle allocation, transfers, and compliance with company policies.
  • Administer and control fuel cards, monitor usage, and investigate anomalies.
  • Track vehicle mileage, usage trends, and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular fleet audits, inspections, and spot checks.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and road safety regulations.
  • Manage driver records, licence verification, and promote safe driving practices.
  • Handle accident reporting, investigations, and liaise with insurers and service providers.
  • Analyse fleet data to drive cost efficiency, improve performance, and support decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Transport & Logistics, Fleet Management, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet management or transport administration.
  • Experience in fleet management systems, fleet monitoring, and vehicle maintenance coordination.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicles.

3. Graduate Trainees (15 Positions)

In line with our commitment to supporting local employment, we are seeking fifteen (15) outstanding university graduates—the very best—to join our two-year Graduate Trainee Program, with the potential for permanent employment upon successful completion.

This marks the 9th intake of our Graduate Trainee Program, designed to provide in-depth exposure and hands-on experience to build young talent for future careers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must have a valid Grade 12 School Certificate.
  • Fresh Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and having graduated in academic years 2025–2026.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Not more than 25 years of age.
  • Preferably no prior work experience.
  • Positive, energetic, dynamic, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be ethical and have a high level of accountability and integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

The Program

Graduates will be required to undergo an intensive Management Development preparation for future roles in the organization based on performance. Key deliverables include:

  • Gain knowledge, skills, and experience across the business.
  • Delivery of project work and assignments.
  • Understand and perform duties across several divisions/departments.
  • Participate in assigned training programs.
  • Completion of performance and development reviews as per agreed program requirements.
  • Undergo Graduate Trainee cycle in all key departments of the Group with coaching and mentoring from Senior Management.
